Coaching Programmes

At Total Racing Int we have coaching programmes developed to get you different results. The experience and expertise of our coaches covers every level of triathlon and sport in general. From complete novice, to triathlon world championships, olympians to Premier League and International football teams, our coaches have experience at all of these levels.

As well as coaching programmes it is possible to have one off analysis or consultation sessions. Details of these are shown below. To enhance our coaching packages it is possible to arrange a session in an Endless Pool with under water video analysis to highlight swim technique weakness and recorded Computrainer session for power test, bike positioning and pedal action analysis.

Coaching Services

We offer 2 types of coaching:

Consultation Coaching – Head Coach  / Team Coach

This is the top service that requires a lot of interaction with the client; we are available most evenings via skype for advice and general consultations. The program is based around key sessions and then what we call bread and butter sessions fitted around the working week.

Monthly Coaching Program – Head Coach  / Team Coach

This program includes a skype consultation at the start of every month before setting the program, you will then be provided with a 4 week program with weekly email updates.

Strength and Conditioning Services

As our strength and conditioning coach, Nick Grantham offers a comprehensive evaluation and strength and conditioning programme with unlimited use of the gym facility as well as supervised coached sessions. Nick Grantham is recognised as one of the leading figures in his field. Nick has become recognised as a specialist in athletic preparation and has helped athletes at all levels achieve their personal goals and ambitions. During his career Nick has worked with many of the country’s elite athletes including Olympic, Paralympic, World, European and Commonwealth Games medallists and professionals in a multitude of sports. Nick’s articles feature in leading sports publications such as, Peak Performance, Maxim, Men’s Health and Men’s Fitness. He is a regular contributor to Sports Injury Bulletin and Triathlete’s World.

A sought after expert Nick has presented seminars and practical demonstrations on strength and conditioning for the Football Association, the National Sports Medicine Institute, the British Olympic Association and the UK Strength and Conditioning Association.

The programme cost is dependent on the number of supervised sessions required.

1 supervised session per week (4 per month)

2 supervised sessions per week (8 per month)

3 supervised sessions per week (12 per month)

6 week package (6 supervised sessions and unlimited use of the gym during opening hours)
